Fifty years of loving, caring, and sharing. Larry and Sherry (Place) Klaas were united in marriage on Aug. 2, 1969, in St. Thomas church, Montfort.  Following the wedding they became the loving parents to four children,  Tim (Trisha) Klaas, Todd Klaas, Travis (Barb) Klaas, (Tim) Tara Koehn. They are also the proud grandparents of 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. A 50th Anniversary celebration will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3 at 1 p.m. at Cheers II in Preston. All family and friends are welcome to attend. (No gifts please, the gift of your presence in the only one needed).
