Walter and Beverly Hannan of Livingston, formerly of Platteville, will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary with family on June 9 at the Arthur House in Arthur.
Walter Hannan and the former Beverly Tracy were married on June 8, 1952 at the Whig Church in rural Platteville.
The Hannans are both retired from UW–Platteville. Walter was a professor of Civil Engineering and Director of Campus Planning. Beverly was a secretary for the Department of Civil Engineering.
They have three children, Kerry of Livingston, LeAnne of Madison and Kelly (Mary) of Bonfield, Ill. They also have five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
