Merle and Velma Curtis will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on June 26, 2017.
They are the parents of three children, Robert, at home, John (Rita), Galena, and Janet Bussan, Peosta, Iowa. They have five grandchildren, Jeff (Terri) Curtis, Kurt (Angie) Curtis, and Heather (Mike) Vincent, all of Galena, Ill., Brian Bussan, Watertown, and Sara (Kevin) Kreck, Egan, Minn.
They have 10 great-grandchildren, Breanna Bussan, Sun Prairie, Haleigh Curtis, Collin, Carly and Carter Curtis, and Leah, Liza and Elyse Vincent, all of Galena, and Jack and Luke Kreck, Egan.
They will have a family brunch at Timmerman’s Supper Club.
