Roland and Dianne Sherry will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on December 26. Roland (from Soldiers Grove) and Dianne (from Viroqua) eloped and were married in La Crosse on December 26, 1964. Their attendants included Mavis (Sherry) Bringe and Roger Sorenson. They currently reside on their farm near Ferryville where they have lived over 40 years. They are blessed with two children: Luke Sherry of Neenah and Jill Olson of Boscobel. They also have one granddaughter, Mikayla Olson of Boscobel. Roland and Dianne have been farming during the last fifty years and also co-owned the Liberty Pole Cheese Factory. Currently, they love to travel to Branson and to Dollywood and enjoy the gospel music.
