Joseph and Catherine Schmitz of Bear Valley will be celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary with family and friends on September 24 at St. Mary’s in Keyesville, with an 8:00 Mass followed by a special blessing and reception. Their children are John (Jean), Dan (deceased), (Mary), David (Kathleen), Mike (Cynthia), and Larry (Roseanne). They also have 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
