John and Judy (Germann) Walters of  Platteville will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary on Jan. 21.

John and  Judy were  married on Jan. 21, 1962 at St. John’s United Church of Christ of Monroe.
 Their children are Lisa  (Michael) Reese  of  Sun  Prairie,  and  Jim  (Ann)  Walters of Atlanta, Ga.
 The couple have three grandchildren - Braniff Reese, Alicia Walters, and Kyle Walters.
