Charles Hullum and  Lacey Thums announce the birth of their son, Charles Lawan Hullum Jr., on Monday, Sept. 19 at 2:40 a.m. at Southwest Health Center.
Charles weighed eight pounds and was 22 inches long. He joins a brother, Seth Thums, 5.
Grandparents are Tim and Monika Bori of Berlin, Dean Verburgt of Appleton, and Linda Harris of Milwaukee.
Great-grandparents are Katie Harris of Milwaukee, Linda Hullum of Milwaukee, and Don and Vera Verburgt of Richford.
