James and Kimberly Winkers of Montfort announce the birth of their daughter, Cyle Jo Winkers, on Monday,  Nov. 5 at Upland Hills Health Birthing Unit in Dodgeville.
Cyle weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Debora and William Wilson, and Melissa and Jim Schmitz.
