Ryne and Heidi Emler announce the birth of their daughter at 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, May 28 at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
She weighed 7 pounds, 13.5 ounces and was 20.75 inches long. She joins a brother, Tucker.
Grandparents are Dan and Judy Vannatta, and Sam and Bernie Emler.
