Wednesday, Dec. 23—Shawn and Amber Russell of  Montfort, a daughter, Kimberly Belle Russell, 7 pounds 5.4 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 11:59 p.m. at Southwest Health in Platteville. She joins three sisters, Katarina, 10, Kaylee, 7, and Kara, 2. Grandparents are Sherri and Don Morrison of Muscoda, Dwayne Rood of Shullsburg, and Linda Rood of Montfort. Great-grandparents are Bob and Lil Rood of Monroe, and Doug and Norma Paulson of Blanchardville.
