Wednesday, Oct. 12—Brian and Amber Zart of Fennimore, a daughter, Taylen Rae Zart, 8 pounds 14 ounces, 21 inches long, born at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. She joins a big brother, Tec. Grandparents are Rick and Shelli McLimans and Glenn and Linda Zart.
