Justin and Jodie Richards, Platteville, announce the birth of their daughter, Veronica Lynn Richards, at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Veronica weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and was 23 inches long.  She joins a sister, Vienna, 2-1/2.
Grandparents are Judith and the late Michael Burkholder, Potosi, Bart and Mary Richards, Platteville, and Connie Bloyer (Doug Hinderman), Dubuque.
Great-grandmother is Katie Klinger, Platteville.
Veronica’s parents work for the City of Platteville, her father as a mechanic and her mother as a communications specialist.
