Grandparents are Jack and Pat Krapfl of Guttenberg, Iowa, Candy and Josh Zittergruen and the late Steven Bailey of Edgewood, Iowa. The father is an outside salesman at All-American Do It Center, and the mother is a forester for National Wild Turkey Federation.
