Trinity Lenten series starts Sunday

Trinity Episcopal Church will hold a Lenten study on the Bible and the environment, “The Earth Is the Lord’s,” Sundays from Feb. 21 to March 20.

The study will be held at 12:45 p.m., after Mass at 11:30 a.m. Soup will be served at the Bible study.

The Bible study also will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church in Mineral Point Wednesday evenings from Feb. 17 to March 20 at 6 p.m.

Trinity Episcopal Church in Platteville, Wis., is part of the Episcopal Diocese of Milwaukee, which has 58 parishes, 177 clergy, some 15,000 communicants, covering the southern third of the state from Kenosha and Port Washington on Lake Michigan, to Prairie du Chien on the Mississippi River, and from Wisconsin Dells south to the Illinois border. The Episcopal Church of the United States of America is one part of the worldwide Anglican Communion.
