PLATTEVILLE — A 23-year-old Madison man was ticketed for open intoxicants early Friday morning.
Justin J. Cullen, 23, Madison, was ticketed around 3 a.m. after he was seen at Irving Place and Bonson Street with a half-full 40-ounce bottle of Bud Light beer.
