Platteville High School ranks 31st and Potosi High School 60th among Wisconsin’s 511 public high schools according to a new online comparison of schools.
Niche K–12 gave Platteville the highest ranking among high schools west of metro Madison and south of La Crosse.
Niche gave Platteville grades of A for teachers, A-minus in academics and in extracurriculars and activities, B-plus in sports and fitness, B in resources and facilities, B-minus in health and safety, and C-plus in student culture and diversity.
Potosi High School ranked 60th, getting A grades in resources and facilities and extracurriculars and activities, A-minuses in health and safety, and sports and fitness, B-plus in academics, B in teachers, and C in student culture and diversity.
Iowa–Grant High School ranked 313th, with B-plus grades in resources and facilities, B grades in extracurriculars, health and safety, and sports and fitness, B-minus grades in academics, administration and policies, and teachers, C-plus in educational outcomes, and C in student culture and diversity.
River Valley High School in Spring Green ranked 45th. Pecatonica High School in Blanchardville ranked 65th. Wisconsin Heights High School in Black Earth ranked 79th. Seneca High School ranked 100th.
