Students in the Platteville High School Construction classes built and stained benches for the Mitchell–Rountree Stone Cottage.
“Every time the builders pass The Stone Cottage they will see the tables an be reminded of the work that they did,” said Stone Cottage volunteer Gary Munson.
“Projects for the community like this are great opportunities for students to not only give back to the community but teaches them the importance of doing quality work,” said PHS teacher Ed Wiegman. “We would like to thank Gary Munson for the opportunity and for all the behind the scenes work he did to make the project a success.”
If anyone has a future project in mind contact Wiegman.
