Denniston House comes down

On June 18, 2024, after standing for 188 years, the Denniston House was torn down. The building had been condemned for decades, and had been open to the elements, which was causing failures outside and within. The building had once been owned by Wisconsin's first governor, Nelson Dewey, and it is where he passed away.
