Kanable elected to State 4-H Leadership Council
Kanable

Bryndalyn Kanable, 15, daughter of Corey and Gretchen Kanable and member of the Brush Creek Knowledge Seekers 4-H Club, was recently elected to the 4-H Wisconsin Leadership Council Board (WLC). Elections were held at the Green Lake Conference Center after Kanable submitted a resume, an application, and letters of recommendation to the WLC. She then was interviewed by the 20222023 4-H WLC members and invited to attend the 4-H Fall Forum in Green Lake where the elections were held.

Kanable will represent the southern region and work with 19 other youth and 10 adults from around Wisconsin.

The purpose of the 4-H Wisconsin Leadership Council is to advocate for 4-H, provide input into enhancing the 4-H program, model youth and adult partnerships, engage volunteers in statewide leadership by planning and attending Fall Forum, Winter Retreat, Summer Academy, other 4-H conferences, and help with the State Fair Governor’s Blue Ribbon Meat Product’s Auction in West Allis in August.
