A Westby man was transported by Med Link Air to Gundersen Health System in La Crosse early Oct. 12 following a vehicle rollover in Christiana township.

According to the Vernon County Sheriff’s Office in Viroqua, Sean Hilton, 43, was driving eastbound on Co. Rd. P just west of State Hwy. 27 at approximately 12:07 a.m. when he lost control while negotiating a curve.  The vehicle overturned and Hilton was ejected.

Also assisting at the scene were Westby Police and Fire departments, Tri State Ambulance, and Westby First Responders.

The accident remains under investigation.
