Adrian G. Jelinek, 80, Black River Falls, died Monday, July 14, 2014, at Black River Memorial Hospital.

He born was August 29, 1933 in Prairie du Chien, to Anthony and Marie (Kautman) Jelinek.

Memorial mass was held Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Black River Falls.  Father Emmanuel Famiyeh officiated.  Burial followed in Sullivan Cemetery, rural Black River Falls.

Buswell Funeral Home of Black River Falls assisted the family with arrangements.
