Alvin M. Cushman, age 73, passed away on Saturday evening Sept. 28, 2019 in the Town of Berry, Dane County.
Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday Oct. 3 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort with burial to follow in the Rock Church Cemetery rural Livingston. Visitation will be held from 4–7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 2 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Thursday morning.
