Bernard C. “Bernie” Digman, 85, of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Platteville, died on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2021 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 18 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Platteville. Friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hills and Dales Senior Lifetime Center Dubuque, 1011 Davis St., Dubuque, Iowa 52001. Connie Marie Neeley, age 73, of Boscobel, passed away at home, surrounded by her loved ones on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kendall Funeral Service, 209 Mary Street, Boscobel. Following the visitation, Connie will be laid to rest in the Boscobel Cemetery. After the cemetery, Connie’s family will go to the Tuffley Center for food and fellowship.
