Bernard Eastlick, 74, West Chester, Pa., formerly of Platteville, died Tuesday, Nov. 21 at his home surrounded by family.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2 at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville with Jon Eastlick officiating. Burial will be at the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Cornelia. Visitation will be on Friday, Dec. 1 from 6–8 p.m. funeral home and from 9 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home on Saturday. A separate memorial service will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date. In lieu of plants and flowers, donations can be sent to the American Cancer Society, the ALS Foundation (alsawi.org) or the Mt. Zion Church in Cornelia.
