Blake Spencer Gardner, 33, of Platteville, died on Friday, Nov. 17, 2023.

Funeral services will be at 6 p.m., Monday, Dec. 18, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Blake Gardner Memorial Fund. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
