Crescent City, FL – Carol J. Loomis, 78, of Crescent City, Fla., passed away Jan. 21, 2021, due to complications after contracting COVID-19.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Clayton, Frank & Biggs Funeral Home in Crescent City is assisting the family.
