Cynthia Nell “Cindy” Clark, 59, Platteville, died on Saturday, Nov. 7 at Agrace Hospice Care in Fitchburg, after her 10 year struggle with breast cancer.

Funeral services were at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. Visitation was from 3 p.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home. Following the service, there was a time of fellowship with a meal at the funeral home. Burial will be at the Bristol Lutheran Church Cemetery in Sun Prairie, at 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
