PLATTEVILLE—Cynthia Nell “Cindy” Clark, age 59, of Platteville, died on Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015 at Agrace Hospice Care, Fitchburg, after her 10-year struggle with breast cancer.

Funeral services were at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 10, at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory, Platteville. Burial was at the Bristol Lutheran Church Cemetery, Sun Prairie, at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Online condolences can be made at www.melbyfh.com.
