David Wayne Barlow, 65, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019, in Springfield, Missouri. He was born on February 10, 1954, in Baraboo to Frederick and Lois (Holliday) Barlow of Rural Soldiers Grove. 

David’s ashes will be scattered in multiple locations so that he might live on in the places that meant the most to him. In addition, a memorial service to celebrate David’s life is being planned for Saturday, November 30, 2019 in Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin. Additional details including location, date, and time will be provided as arrangements are solidified.
