David Allen Carter, 64, of Richland Center died on Sunday, October 10, 2021. 

Memorial services will be held on Thursday, October 14, at 1:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel. Burial with military rites will follow at the Dayton Corners Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 14, from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
