Delbert J. Banker, 89, of Rockbridge Township, died on Monday, March 17, 2025, at the Richland Hospital surrounded by his family. 

Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with burial to follow in the Woodstock Cemetery. Visitation was held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at the Pratt Memorial Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
