Delmer C. Grange, 89 of Mineral Point, passed away quickly and peacefully as he had hoped on Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at the Mineral Point Care Center. He will be missed by many friends. Delmer was born on July 9, 1922, in rural Mineral Point, the son of Leo and Fannie (Whitford) Grange. Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 28, 2011, at the Congregational United Church of Christ in Mineral Point. Pastor Todd Smith-Lippert and Pastor Beryl Melcher were co-officiates. Burial was held in Graceland Cemetery. Full obituary in the December 1, 2011 issue of the Republican Journal.
