Delos H. Fry, MD, DO, 81 of Starke, Fla., died on Jan. 1, 2013. A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 11, 2013 at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church (904-964-6126), 212 N. Church St., Starke Fla., at 2 p.m., where a reception will immediately follow. Dr. Fry will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell Fla., with full military honors.
