KIELER—Donald H. “Donnie” Stelpflug, age 79, of Kieler, passed away at 6:31 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque of natural causes.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Behr Funeral Home, with Deacon William Bussan officiating. A Donald H. “Donnie” Stelpflug memorial fund has been established. Online condolences may be left for the family at behrfuneralhome.com.
