Doris M. Resac, age 89 years, of Hillsboro, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Heritage Manor in Elroy, Wisconsin. 

She was born on June 22, 1926 to John and Lila (Stagerwalt) Rynes in Richland County.  Doris was united in marriage to Clarence Resac on Oct. 25, 1945 in Richland Center.  They farmed near Yuba for several years and moved into Hillsboro in 1979.  He preceded her in death on April 19, 1982.   

Doris worked several years at the Sewing Factory in Hillsboro.  She loved her grandchildren for much and enjoyed playing euchre and bingo. 

Survivors include her children, Dan (Linda) Resac and Nancy (John) Wanless; grandchildren, Ryan, Jodi, Kimberly, Beth and Ethan; great grandchildren, Sophia, Samuel, Matt, Leah and Evan; and two brothers, Boyd Rynes and Darwin (Janet) Rynes. 

In addition to her husband, Clarence; she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Juanita Groves. 

Funeral Services were held on Monday, Feb. 1, 2016 at 7 p.m. at the Picha Funeral Home in Hillsboro, with Rev. Isaac Fleming officiating.  Burial will be in the Czechs National Cemetery near Yuba at a later date.
