Douglas C. Jenks, 82, of Montfort, died peacefully on July 3, 2016, at Agrace Hospice in Fitchburg, from injuries received in an automobile accident in Knoxville, Tenn.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 8 at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Montfort with burial to follow in the Calvary Cemetery in Cobb.  Father Jim Murphy will be officiating.  Visitation will be held from 4 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 7 at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort and from 10 – 10:30 a.m. on Friday morning at the funeral home. In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund is being established in loving memory of Doug Jenks and online condolences may be made at larsonfuneralhomes.com.
