Edward Max Shaefer, 76, of Richland Center died on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, at Harmony Place Assisted Living in Richland Center after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease.

Ed was cremated, per his wishes, and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date in Richland Center, with burial at a later date at the Dexter Cemetery in Dexter, Iowa. The Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center assisted the family with arrangements.
