Eileen M. Rice, 89, Lancaster, died Sunday, March 20, 2016, at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. 

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at the Atrium Post Acute Care Chapel in Lancaster. Pastor David Arevalo and Pastor Mark Hoehne officiated.  Burial was in Hillside Cemetery, Lancaster.
