Eldon “Red” F. Place, 87, of Livingston passed away Sunday, Feb. 20 at Edenbrook in Platteville, with his wife and children by his side.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 26, at the Livingston United Methodist Church in Livingston. Burial of cremated remains to be held at a later date in the Rock Church Cemetery in rural Livingston. Visitation was held from 4–7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 25 at the Livingston United Methodist Church and from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Livingston-Clifton Fire Department or Livingston United Methodist Church.
