Elena C. “Winnie” Orr, age 55, of Dubuque, IA, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2024, at her home surrounded by her loving family. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church in Lancaster with Fr. Mark Miller officiating.  Burial will be in the Bagley Cemetery, Bagley.  Family and friends may call on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is entrusted with her care.
