Francis Louis Williams, Sr., 87, of Richland Center died on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, at The Richland Hospital. 

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 20, at 1:00 p.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with burial to follow in the Woodstock Cemetery; with military graveside rites to be provided by the local Military Memorial Honors Unit.
