Francis “Fritz” Murphy, 66, of Soldiers Grove, passed away on Monday, July 20, 2019 at Bland Bekkedal Hospice Center in Viroqua, after a brief battle with cancer.

A Mass of Christian burial was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 2, 2019 at St. Philips Catholic Church in Rolling Ground. Monsignor Michael Gorman officiated and burial was in the St. Philips Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Bland Bekkedal Hospice.

The family would like to thank the Oncology staff from Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse and the staff at Bland Bekkedal Hospice in Viroqua.
