Frank C. Winter, 61, Boscobel, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 30, 2016 at Gundersen Boscobel Area Health Care in Boscobel.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday January 4, 2017 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Boscobel.  Father Garrett Kau officiated. Burial will be at a later date.

Military honors were accorded by the Blake Semrad American Legion Post #134 and the Gilbertson-Pitzer-Radley VFW post #10393, both of Boscobel.
