Frank A. Fradette, 99, Seneca, died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2011 at the Prairie du Chien Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 2 at the Utica Lutheran Church, Utica Township. Reverend Anna Sorenson officiated, with burial in the Evergreen Cemetery in Prairie du Chien.
The Garrity Funeral Home in Prairie du Chien assisted the family with the arrangement.
