Hazel L. (Wachter) Ellis, 100, of Patch Grove and Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at Prairie Maison Nursing Home in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin.

A Graveside Service was held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at Union Nagle Cemetery in Patch Grove, Wisconsin with Rev. Miranda Klosterboer as the officiant.
