Jacqueline R. Meuer, affectionately known as Jackie, was born on October 10, 1954 in Rochelle, IL, she was the daughter of William and Viola Davis.  Memorial Services will be held Friday, October 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel. Pastor Mary Ann Floreke will be officiating. Burial will be at Boscobel Cemetery.
