James R. “Jim” Cooley, age 87, of Prairie du Chien, formerly of Bloomington, passed away peacefully August 31, 2024, at Edenbrook in Platteville. Funeral services will be Monday, September 9, 2024, at 10:30 AM at the Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory, Bloomington, WI, with Pastor MaryAnn Floerke presiding. Burial to follow in the Bloomington Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Sunday, September 8, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM and on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
