Jerald J. “Jerry” Kowalski, 66, of Dickeyville, died Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, at home.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, at Holy Ghost Church in Dickeyville with Rev. Bernard Rott and Rev. Francis Steffen officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday at Casey Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City where the parish wake service will be at 3:45 p.m.  Friends may also call from 9 – 9:45 a.m. Friday at the funeral home before the service.
