Joe Collins, 64, of Richland Center died Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at the Richland Hospital. 

Funeral services were held on Monday, September 18, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Pratt Memorial Chapel with burial following in the St. Mary’s Cemetery. Visitation was held at the Pratt Memorial Chapel on Monday, September 18, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. The family suggests memorials in Joe’s name be directed to NAMI. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements.
