John A. “Jack” Petrick, 80, Fennimore, died on Wednesday afternoon, June 8, 2016 at HCR Manor Care in Platteville.

    The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Fennimore with burial to follow in the Prairie Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday, June 13, 2016 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Tuesday morning.
